Policy

Returns Policy 

• We do NOT offer refunds. We do allow exchanges but you will be charged another shipping fee.
• If your item arrives and it is in any way damaged or faulty, please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with a reasonable timeframe.
• if there is any problems with your order please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, after 14 days no exchanges will be allowed.

Delivery 

• All orders will be shipped same / next working day, these items can be exchanged but not refunded. 
• As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us which will include your tracking number.
• After you receive the email from us including tracking details, we are no longer responsible for your package; it is the carriers ownership from there.
